This is a 2 days / 1 Night tour package from Christchurch. We will pick you up and drop you off from your accommodation hotel anywhere in Christchurch or nearby suburbs. You will be traveling with your partner in a private vehicle. This is an all-inclusive honeymoon package with transport, entry tickets, and accommodation.
Some travelers choose to reach Kaikoura by train. If you want to enjoy a train experience, please let us know a few days before. We can arrange the itinerary accordingly.
Be ready to explore Kaikoura in the morning. Our driver will pick you up from the accommodation hotel anywhere in Christchurch. You get to go by road while taking in the rural countrified sights of North Canterbury, and to Kaikoura to enjoy the amazing scenery where mountains converge at sea. It is the nearest place to Christchurch, where you can see a wide variety of marine mammals such as seals, dolphins, whales, etc. Afternoon, you will join the Kaikoura Whale Watch boat journey, which is really incredible. After returning back, you can explore the town yourself or settle into your accommodation if tired. Accommodation will be in a 4-star hotel based on availability.
This will probably be one of the best days you and your partner will remember forever. In the morning, you will join the Dolphine encounter also known as swim with dolphins. It is breathtaking seeing the dolphins in their natural environment and up close. You will be given all the required gear for this activity. The suits are buoyant and there will be no chance of sinking. On our way back to Christchurch, you will get a chance to visit some of the North Canterbury wineries.
